Schools should carefully examine their current expenditures under the FWS and FSEOG programs to determine whether there will be any unexpended funds available from 2013-2014 allocations. If funds will be unspent, your school should complete the Reallocation Form by Monday, August 18, 2014 by 12:00 midnight ET.
The Campus-Based Reallocation form must be completed if:
- A school does not intend to spend its entire 2013-2014 FWS or FSEOG allocation; or
- A school wants to request supplemental 2014-2015 FWS funds that will be used to employ students in community service jobs (not for any other purpose), and the school had an FWS fair share shortfall as shown on line 28 of the school’s 2013-2014 final funding worksheet, provided with its final allocation letter.
