On April 29, 2013, DCL GEN-13-12, alerted you to changes related to the collection of parental information.
As described in this letter, beginning with the 2014-2015 FAFSA, dependent students are required to include income and other information from their legal parents (biological and/or adoptive) if those parents live together, regardless of the parents’ marital status or gender.
