FSA Program Regulations

To participate in the FSA programs, a school must have a current Program Participation Agreement (PPA). The School’s CEO/President signs the PPA; usually every four to six years. Under the PPA, the school agrees to comply with the laws, regulations, and policies governing the FSA programs. We thought it might be a good idea to shoot you out the regulations to read again as there is so much information that must be followed. We have included section §668.14 from the code of federal regulations in the Compliance Corner section of our site for your convenience.
