Do you have your emergency procedures in place?

The Clery Act requires every Title IV institution, without exception, to have and disclose emergency response and evacuation procedures in response to a significant emergency or dangerous situation involving an immediate threat to the health or safety of students or employees occurring on the campus. You must have an emergency plan, test it, evaluate it and publicize it. In addition, to be in compliance, your school must have procedures to test  the emergency response and evacuation procedures on at least an annual basis.
